Carpet Savers is locally owned and operated, independent, family run business and we’re proud of that! We’re not a franchise or a corporate licensee, which allows us to keep our pricing competitive and our service quality high! Q: Do you do residential and commercial work?

Q: Do you price match your competitors?

If you’ve gotten a lower price or better quote from our competition, please feel free to let us know. We’re always happy to see if we can match that price to provide you with the best level of service and quality in the carpet cleaning world. If we can’t match it, we’ll let you know and thank you for the opportunity to talk with you. We also promise not to try to pressure you to book with us. We treat our customers as we want to be treated so no pressure and honest pricing are cores of our business.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. First, when we take on a job at your home or office we will let you know exactly what we can accomplish, what to expect and what kind of warranty we can offer. Some of our work is even warrantied for life like our carpet stretching services. Secondly, we will let you inspect the final work with us to make sure we’ve met your needs. Finally, we like to set a follow up plan in place to make sure you’ll be happy with the work after it’s done. If there is a job we can’t do, a stain we can’t get out, or whatever, part of our commitment to our customers is to let you know everything we can up front so that you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Q: My pet had an accident on the carpet and I’m concerned it’s down to the pad, can you help?

We can indeed! As carpet installation and repair professionals it’s no trouble at all to lift carpet to inspect the pad. Cleaning or replacing the pad and then resetting the carpet is breeze for Carpet Savers.

Q: How long does it take to dry?

This all depends on the job and we’ll let you know exactly what to expect when we prepare your No Obligation, Free Estimate. And we’re happy to help speed along the drying process as part of our services when possible.

Q: Is my house going to smell like chemicals after a cleaning?

At Carpet Savers we use tough and effective cleaning processes, equipment and cleaning agents to deep clean and protect your carpets, furniture, rugs, etc. But we only use cleaning equipment and cleaning agents that are safe, gentle, people and pet friendly. That means that when we leave your home or business you won’t have to worry about chemical smells, fumes, irritated eyes, noses or lungs. All that’s left is a fresh smelling and renewed surface. And Carpet Savers is proud to say we are eco-friendly. We choose only products, equipment and processes that are safe for the environment.

Q: Do you work on Saturday and Sunday?

Q: Do you offer emergency or same day appointments?

If we can then we absolutely will at no extra cost. Often customers call us with emergency situations that require immediate attention. We’ll let you know how quickly we can get to you and let you know what to expect to have your cleaning done ASAP.

Q: Will you haul away my old carpet and padding after installing the new carpeting?

Q: I have several area rugs needing cleaned, can you clean multiple rugs at one time?

Yes we can. If you have multiple rugs you’d cleaned, refreshed and renewed we can easily do that… and with our area rug cleaning services well even help dry them so they’re ready to be laid back down as soon as possible.

Q: Are you licensed, bonded and insured?

Yes, yes and yes! Carpet Savers is fully licensed, bonded and insured. Our Oregon CCB license number is 208452 and we’re happy to provide our commercial insurance information to you. We are top notch carpet cleaning professionals and want you to know that we take the highest level of care when working in your home or business. We’ll treat your space better than we treat ours and make sure furniture and belongs are looked after and protected.
